Terms of Service

OG Prompt is an AI prompt and workflow discovery platform. Depending on the features available, OG Prompt may provide image prompts, video prompts, workflow prompts, GPT Codes, AI-generated prompts, Prompt Studio, creator submissions, saved prompts, AI tools and resources, educational content, premium content, affiliate recommendations, and other AI-related resources.

Features may change over time.

You may use OG Prompt only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OG Prompt complies with the laws applicable to you.

If you use OG Prompt on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Certain features may require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account information reasonably current
• Protect your login credentials
• Not share your account in a way that violates these Terms
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
• Be responsible for activity occurring through your account, subject to applicable law

You must not impersonate another person or create an account using another person’s identity without authorization.

You agree to use OG Prompt only for lawful purposes. You must not use OG Prompt to:

• Violate applicable law
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Harass or threaten others
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security controls
• Abuse APIs
• Overload infrastructure
• Scrape the platform in violation of applicable restrictions
• Reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted
• Circumvent feature limits
• Circumvent subscription restrictions
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Manipulate rankings or engagement
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Distribute secrets or credentials
• Upload malicious code
• Facilitate illegal activity
• Use OG Prompt to create or distribute unlawful content

OG Prompt may use artificial intelligence to generate prompts, workflows, suggestions, classifications, summaries, or other information. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, missing or outdated information, unexpected or biased results, or inappropriate suggestions.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it. OG Prompt does not guarantee that an AI-generated prompt will produce a particular result in another AI system.

A prompt generated by OG Prompt may behave differently depending on AI model, model version, provider, settings, system instructions, reference images, input data, safety filters, platform changes, account tier, and generation randomness.

Therefore, we do not guarantee exact image, video, text, or code results, exact model behavior, or identical outputs across platforms.

Prompt Studio may allow users to enter a rough idea, select a target AI platform and prompt type, generate an optimized prompt, automatically identify variables, customize variables, preview the resulting prompt, copy or save the result, and refine the prompt.

Smart variable changes may happen locally without generating a new AI response. AI refinements and new generations may count toward applicable usage limits.

OG Prompt may offer a free usage tier. For example, Prompt Studio may provide 10 successful AI generations per calendar month.

The exact limits displayed in the application are controlling for the relevant feature. A generation may include initial prompt generation, regeneration, AI refinement, and certain AI-powered transformations.

Actions such as typing, changing a variable, copying an existing prompt, expanding or collapsing sections, and viewing previous results generally do not consume an AI generation.

We reserve the right to modify free usage limits where reasonably necessary.

OG Prompt may offer paid subscriptions. The Premium plan may include unlimited AI prompt generation, premium prompts, premium workflows, advanced refinement features, additional customization features, and early access to selected features.

The exact features included in a plan will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, OG Prompt may offer Premium at $10 per year.

Prices, taxes, currencies, promotions, and available payment methods may change. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the transaction, subject to applicable taxes and payment-provider requirements.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to the provider’s terms.

OG Prompt generally does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Premium access may depend on confirmation from the payment provider. A successful payment page or browser redirect alone does not necessarily determine permanent subscription status.

OG Prompt may rely on payment-provider confirmation, including server-side subscription events or webhooks.

Where supported, you may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by the payment provider or OG Prompt.

Cancellation may prevent future renewal without necessarily providing an immediate refund. Your access may continue until the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase terms and law. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments may be non-refundable once a subscription period has started.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with the relevant transaction information. We may evaluate refund requests individually.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

OG Prompt may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall value of paid services.

However, no specific feature is guaranteed to remain permanently available unless expressly stated.

OG Prompt may allow users to submit prompts, images, videos, workflows, GPT Codes, descriptions, tutorials, affiliate recommendations, and other content. You retain ownership of content that you own.

However, you must have the legal rights necessary to upload, publish, or distribute the content.

When you submit content to OG Prompt for publication or platform functionality, you grant OG Prompt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, modify for technical presentation, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service.

This license may include hosting your content, creating thumbnails, formatting content, displaying your username, indexing content, showing content in search results, displaying content on OG Prompt, and promoting content through OG Prompt channels.

You retain ownership of your underlying intellectual property.

If you publish a prompt publicly, understand that other users may view it, copy it, use it, share it, modify it, and build upon it.

Do not publish confidential information or material you intend to keep private.

You must not upload or publish material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

This includes images, prompts, articles, code, videos, product photographs, logos, and other material.

If you believe content hosted on OG Prompt infringes your copyright or other rights, you may contact us through the official support/contact channel.

Your report should contain enough information for us to understand what work is allegedly infringed, where the allegedly infringing material appears, why you believe you own or represent the relevant rights, your contact information, and any additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

We may remove or restrict content where appropriate.

OG Prompt may show prompts designed for third-party AI systems — for example Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, and other AI platforms. OG Prompt is not necessarily affiliated with these services.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their terms and policies apply when you use their services.

OG Prompt may integrate with third-party services such as AI providers, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, storage providers, analytics providers, affiliate networks, social platforms, and authentication providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Some content may contain affiliate links. If you purchase a product through an affiliate link, OG Prompt or a creator may receive a commission.

Affiliate relationships do not mean that every product is independently tested or endorsed by OG Prompt. Prices, availability, and product specifications may change. Always verify product information on the merchant’s website before purchasing.

Creators may submit affiliate links with their prompts. Creators are responsible for ensuring that links are legitimate, not misleading, appropriately disclosed, compliant with applicable law, and accurate in their product claims.

OG Prompt may remove affiliate links that appear deceptive, broken, abusive, or inappropriate.

GPT Codes may provide reusable slash-command-style instructions or workflows. They are provided for convenience and experimentation.

OG Prompt does not guarantee that a GPT Code will work forever, work on every AI model, produce identical results, or remain compatible with future model updates. AI platforms may change their interfaces, models, policies, or capabilities.

OG Prompt does not claim ownership over the general concept of writing prompts. However, OG Prompt’s website design, branding, original editorial content, original platform code, original databases and compilations, and original descriptions and guides may be protected.

You may use prompts according to the rights associated with the specific content.

OG Prompt may provide information related to AI, business, marketing, coding, design, productivity, and technology. This information is educational and informational.

It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or security advice. You should consult an appropriate professional when necessary.

We aim to keep OG Prompt available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, third-party outages, security incidents, network failures, force majeure events, or provider changes.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that attack the platform, abuse APIs, circumvent limits, create fraudulent accounts, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, abuse payment systems, conduct automated activity that harms the service, or violate these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, protect users, protect the platform, comply with law, investigate security incidents, address fraud, or respond to intellectual-property complaints.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice. Where immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or abuse reasons, access may be restricted without advance notice.

When an account is terminated, access may stop, premium features may become unavailable, saved content may become inaccessible, and certain information may be retained where required by law. Public content may be treated according to our content and deletion policies.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OG Prompt is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or suitable for every purpose, that prompts will produce a specific result, that third-party AI services will remain compatible, that content will always remain available, or that information will always be current.

You use AI-generated information and third-party AI services at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OG Prompt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

This may include loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of opportunities, AI-generated output problems, third-party service failures, and unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OG Prompt and its operators from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the service, your infringement of third-party rights, content you upload, your misuse of AI-generated content, or your violation of applicable law.

We may update these Terms as OG Prompt evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the website or other reasonable methods.

The updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date. Continued use of OG Prompt after that date may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of OG Prompt, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other rights that apply to you.

Where legally permissible, disputes may be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove mandatory legal rights available to consumers in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and feature-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of OG Prompt, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
