Improving OG Prompt — we may use aggregated or appropriately handled usage information to improve our interface, search, recommendations, Prompt Studio, performance, and new features, and to detect broken functionality. We do not need to know your identity to understand many of these product-level patterns.

Some OG Prompt features use third-party AI infrastructure. For example, Prompt Studio may send the information necessary to generate a prompt to an AI model provider.

Depending on the architecture used at the time, this may include your rough idea, target platform, prompt type, selected settings, refinement request, and relevant existing prompt information.

We use AI providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service. AI providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

OG Prompt does not sell your personal information as a standalone commercial product.

We may, however, use third-party services to provide hosting, authentication, database services, AI processing, analytics, payments, email, security, content delivery, video processing, storage, customer support, and affiliate tracking. These providers may process information on our behalf or independently according to their respective terms.

OG Prompt may use third-party infrastructure providers for cloud hosting, database management, authentication, object storage, AI model routing and inference, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, content delivery, video delivery, and affiliate tracking.

The specific providers may change as OG Prompt evolves. We seek to use providers that are appropriate for the relevant service and that provide reasonable security and data-protection measures.

If you purchase a paid subscription, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. OG Prompt generally does not need to store your complete card number or payment authentication information.

Payment providers may collect name, email, billing information, transaction amount, currency, payment method information, transaction identifiers, and subscription status. Payment information is handled according to the payment provider’s own privacy policy and terms.

If you purchase OG Prompt Premium, we may receive or store information necessary to manage your subscription, such as subscription status, plan type, start and renewal dates, cancellation status, payment-provider customer and subscription IDs, transaction information, and the associated account.

We use this information to determine whether premium features should be available to your account.

Prompt Studio may store your original idea, generated prompt, prompt template, variables, variable values, target platform, prompt type, mode, saved versions, and creation and update dates.

If Prompt Studio provides saving or history functionality, this information may remain associated with your account until you delete it or until it is removed according to our retention practices.

Prompt Studio may automatically identify useful variables in generated prompts, for example {{PRODUCT_NAME}}, {{LOCATION}}, {{LIGHTING}}, or {{CAMERA_STYLE}}.

These variables are primarily used to allow you to customize prompts without generating a new AI response each time. Changing a variable may be handled locally in your browser and may not require another AI request.

OG Prompt may maintain usage information to enforce feature limits. For example, the free version of Prompt Studio may provide a limited number of AI generations per month.

We may store user ID, generation count, generation timestamp, subscription status, and feature used — to enforce limits, prevent abuse, provide premium features, maintain system stability, and measure product usage.

If you intentionally submit content for public publication, some information may become publicly accessible — for example prompt title, description, content, creator name, username, public profile information, social links, images, workflow instructions, categories, tags, and affiliate recommendations.

Do not submit information that you do not want to become publicly available.

OG Prompt may allow users or creators to upload or publish content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.

We may process submitted content for publication, moderation, search, categorization, formatting, display, security, abuse prevention, and platform operation. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law.

Some OG Prompt pages may contain affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, the relevant affiliate network or merchant may receive information necessary to attribute the referral, such as click, referral, browser/device, and transaction attribution information.

OG Prompt may receive commissions when users make qualifying purchases through certain affiliate links. Affiliate relationships do not give us access to your complete payment information.

We may use analytics tools to understand platform performance — visitors, page views, feature usage, conversion rates, prompt copies, saved prompts, search behavior, affiliate clicks, subscription activity, errors, and performance.

Where possible, analytics data is aggregated or minimized. We do not intentionally collect the complete text of private user prompts in analytics events merely to measure button clicks. For example, an analytics event may record prompt_copied rather than storing the complete prompt text.

We may send you service-related communications, including account emails, security notifications, subscription confirmations, payment notifications, important service announcements, changes to policies, and support responses.

Where legally permitted and where you have opted in, we may also send marketing or educational communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications where applicable.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, which may include HTTPS encryption, access and authentication controls, server-side authorization, database security rules, environment-variable protection, secret management, rate limiting, abuse detection, backups, monitoring, logging, and least-privilege access.

However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You should never submit passwords, private API keys, secret tokens, authentication codes, payment credentials, or private encryption keys into public prompts, creator submissions, comments, or other publicly visible content.

If you accidentally publish a secret, you should immediately revoke or rotate it with the relevant provider.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for providing the service, maintaining accounts, processing subscriptions, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining security, enforcing agreements, and maintaining legitimate business records.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion of your account. Deletion may remove or disable access to account information, saved prompts, personal settings, and account history.

However, some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including certain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records. Public creator content may also require separate handling.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to you, you may have rights regarding your personal information — such as requesting access, correction, or deletion, withdrawing consent, requesting information about processing, or raising a complaint.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework provides rights and obligations relating to digital personal data, with the notified 2025 Rules establishing a framework for notices, consent mechanisms, rights, security, and related compliance.

The exact rights available to you may depend on your jurisdiction and the applicable legal framework.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may have the right to withdraw that consent. We will provide reasonable mechanisms for doing so where required.

Withdrawal of consent does not necessarily affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful basis.

OG Prompt is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you are under the minimum age required to use our services in your jurisdiction, you should use OG Prompt only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required.

OG Prompt may use service providers located in countries other than your own. As a result, information may be processed or stored internationally.

Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure that international transfers are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, protect the rights or property of OG Prompt, protect users, investigate fraud, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, protect platform security, or respond to emergencies where legally permitted.

If OG Prompt is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or corporate reorganization, information associated with the relevant business operations may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

OG Prompt may link to third-party websites, including AI tools, AI model providers, product merchants, affiliate networks, social networks, payment providers, and creator websites. We do not control those websites.
